Arizona Cardinals running back Chris Johnson couldn't finish last season after breaking his tibia in Week 11 against the San Francisco 49ers. But Johnson has been training during this off-season and he's looking good. He rushed for 814 yards and three touchdowns in only 11 games. During the 2014 season, he played in all 16 games for the New York Giants and totaled 663 rushing yards and one touchdown. But Johnson won't let his injury slow him down. When you sprint with a parachute, the air catching in the chutes provides resistance, forcing you to generate more force in your hips and legs. Johnson will become faster and stronger as he fights the resistance.
